Waste worryOfficials are proposing a $1.5 million bond to cover new land acquisition and construction of a transfer station, one they hope will solve Candia’s solid waste problem for at least the next two decades.
Squeezed for spaceWhen most schools request renovation funds it’s usually because the school is too small to support the number of students. But in Candia’s case, the Henry Moore School (K-8) just doesn’t function very well the way it’s been laid out over the last 68 years.
